I Worked as A customer service representative for almost 7 years 3 months after my regularization, I was promoted as a Team Lead, I often take supervisory calls, and guide team members especially new hires in the production floor. after a year, I was included in the retention group and retain customers, as a matter of fact, I was the top 1 agent receiving the highest incentive for 3 consecutive quarters. Apart from that, I have received several awards and commendations due to excellent performance. In 2018, i decided to have my own food cart business and also was able to apply a remote job in 2019 as an Online IELTS teacher, I help Chinese students including teenagers, university students and professional employees to pass their IELTS exam with flying colors and also improve their speaking skills. In 2021, I was able to get a 2nd job as a Virtual Assistant in one of Airbnb super host, I was handling 62 properties. I was responsible in posting in different social media sites and STR sites. Also, I do guest communication, managing emails and phone calls, Update listings, booking and assigning tasks and setting appointments to repair and maintenance for all of the properties. During that period, I was able to make the company's playbook, which served as a guide to all my colleagues.
